• Learn to Program - Written by Chris Pine, this is a Ruby-centric course to teach basic concepts in software development.
• Learning Rails - written and produced by Michael Slater and Christopher Haupt, this is a free online course for learning Ruby on Rails, using both Audio Lessons and Screencasts.
• learning-ruby - Hosted by Karmen Blake, this is an assortment of beginning and intermediate "(c)ode examples from my years of teaching Ruby at Spokane Community College."
• Peepcode Screencasts - Collection of for-pay ($9 each, or by subscription) screencasts and PDF books that cover Rails, Merb, and many other topics.
• Purple Workshops - Company that offers one-day workshops (for pay) in Ruby, Rails, or Agile Development subjects.
• Railscasts - Written and produced by Ryan Bates, this site offers over 150 free screencasts for teaching a myriad of Ruby and Rails topics.
• RailsSpace - written by Michael Hartl and Aurelius Prochazka, this is an extended tutorial "aimed at programmers with no prior Rails experience." Its approach is to teach how to make a social networking site.
• RubyLearning.org - collection of Ruby courses written by Satish Talim. Also includes courses related to Ruby, like GitHub and Sinatra.
• Ruby on Rails Guides - the gold standard for a programmer-level introduction to Ruby on Rails.
• Ruby Quiz - Over 150 games and challenges aimed at teaching essential Ruby functionality.
• Ruby, JRuby, and Rails Application Development - a free online course that teaches the basics of Ruby, JRuby, and Rails.
• Videos for Ruby and Rails Development - offered by Karmen Blake, these are videos used in his courses. Several for Ruby and Rails.
